Horsham Partnerships for Older People (POP) is a network of voluntary groups who provide services for older people. We aim to support the health, wellbeing and independence of older people across our district.
Horsham POP member groups include large charities as well as small community groups run by and for older people. What we have in common is our desire to serve Horsham’s older people, and – working together in partnership – we are extending the range and capacity of our services.
